It shouldn’t be news but it is. After having the better of the fixture last season, Swansea have completed the first win against Van Gaal’s men this year with a stunning 2-1 at home. Just as they did in Louis van Gaal’s first game as Manchester United Boss, Swansea came from behind this time and stole the game away.

In a stats of 50s, Juan Mata had put United in front early in the second half with his 50th goal in English football, before Andre Ayew headed Swansea level – the first time Van Gaal’s men have conceded in the top flight this term. Bafetimbi Gomis scored the winner once again as Swansea City triumphed 2-1 to spoil Louis van Gaal’s 50th match in charge of Manchester United.

The loss slipped Man Utd to the 5th position with Swansea just above them in 4th position with 8 points.
