The king of the road, West Ham beats Man City, moves to 2nd place

It is amazing how West Ham has been able to pull off 3 top games away victory against Arsenal, Liverpool and now Manchester City. Anyone in doubt of what this team is doing should simply look at the table and see them next to Man city with 12 points (that’s till Man Utd win or loose) but that being said, it was a tough match but they held on to their victory one they very well deserved.

Manchester City have missed the chance to move six points clear at the top of the Premier League as West Ham’s performance made sure they are not far away from people coming behind. Victor Moses drilled in his first West Ham goal with a low 20-yard shot which crept inside Joe Hart’s left-hand post. The 2nd goal came when Diafra Sakho hooked in from six yards and City’s record signing Kevin De Bruyne fired in to halve the deficit, but West Ham held on to move into second place.

With a stunning 72% ball possession, Man City did everything they could do but were just unlucky many times to get past Adriano who proved his worth in goal for West Ham also today.

Call them the “King of the road”, they deserve it because they have claimed 9 points i am sure they didn’t plan for at the beginning of the season.
